Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods or due to carrier delays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Domestic Shipping (within India)
We offer standard shipping at checkout currently.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping as of now.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to check your order status through our tracking page or the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at team@sah-studio.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue where possible.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
